Smart Me Summer Practice Prize Drawings Terms and Conditions:

• For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Smart Me Educational Products whose website address is smartmecompany.com. The "Prize" refers to one (1) of either a bike for a child between the ages of 5-12, or android tablet, or $100 gift card.
• By entering the prize drawings promotion for Smart Me Summer Practice you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All email address entries are obtained from Smart Me Summer Practice product purchases and must be received by 12:00 PM on June 29, 2024 for the June 29 drawing, by 12:00 PM on July 13, 2024 for the July 13 drawing, and by 12:00 PM on July 26, 2024 for the July 26 drawing. 

One (1) winner in the United States will be selected at random by The Promoter at 6 PM on June 29, 2024, July 13, 2024, and July 26, 2024, respectively, and the winner for each drawing will be notified by email on or after their respective winning date.

• The Promoter’s prize drawings with entry via The Promoter’s website (smartmecompany.com/lp/40-day) are open only to residents of the United States.
• You must purchase at least one (1) Smart Me Summer Practice product in order to enter the prize drawings.  Only one (1) email address entry per purchase will be accepted.  Purchases of more than one (1) Smart Me Summer Practice product must be made separately in order for multiple email address entries of the same email address to be valid.
• Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
• Each entrant shall enter the prize drawings via Smart Me Educational Products’ website (smartmecompany.com/lp/40-day), and each entrant must sign-up for and purchase at least one (1) Smart Me Summer Practice grade level product.
• Each entrant will become eligible for all prize drawings that remain after the date the entrant signed-up for and purchased at least one (1) Smart Me Summer Practice grade level product, if the sign-up and purchase occurred after 12:00 PM on either of the drawing dates of June 29, 2024, July 13, 2024, or July 26, 2024.
• The email address of a winner will be removed from any subsequent prize drawings unless the that email address was entered multiple times due to multiple sign-ups/purchases of Smart Me Summer Practice grade level products.  
• On each of the prize drawing dates, The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Smart Me Educational Products’ website, using a random name generator/picker. 
• The winner of each drawing may choose only one (1) Prize of either a bike for a child between the ages of 5-12, or an android tablet, or a $100 gift card.  The bike will be selected by The Promoter based on the age of the child.
• Each Prize to be delivered to winner is selected at the sole discretion of The Promoter.  Each Prize chosen by winner will be selected, purchased, and shipped by The Promoter through WalMart.com.
• The Promoter will not be held liable if the named or chosen prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
• Each Prize is valued as follows: bike value = $100-$150 and not to exceed $150; android tablet value = $100-$150 and not to exceed $150; $100 Gift Card value = $100.  NO CASH ALTERNATIVE IS AVAILABLE FOR ANY PRIZE.
• The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the prize drawings or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the prize drawings or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
• The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.​
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the prize drawings or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
• The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The winner’s first name and last name initial may be posted on The Promoter’s social media profiles after the winner has been selected.

To opt out of participation in Smart Me Summer Practice prize drawings, please contact customerservice@smartmecompany.com to have your email address removed from any drawing you become eligible to enter.
